The protection and maintenance of the machine involves many aspects of handling. This only points out the basic requirements that must be met to keep the machine running normally, and the requirements for other aspects of handling must be regulated by relevant rules and regulations by yourself.

1. Air compressor: The moisture in the air duct can easily reduce the life of the air compressor components. Although the entrance of the semi-automatic pad printer is equipped with a three-point combination filter, if the air compressor is placed in a humid climate, a lot of water vapor will pass through the air. Compressor operation enters the air compressor assembly. In this case, a freeze dryer must be installed to completely remove the moisture in the air or often discharge the water in the filter cup and the water vapor in the air compressor cylinder.

2. Three-point combination: the air pressure should be maintained at 4~6bar. Although the water filter cup has an automatic drainage function, if the water filter cup stores too much water, the water vapor in the cup can be manually removed.

3. Smooth:

(1) Class A grease: used for air pressure dispatch group, air pressure dispatch group circulating oil.

(2) Type B grease: all kinds of grease used for bearings and linear guides smooth. Note: The machine is equipped with a grease nipple, and grease should be added every 6 months to ensure smoothness.

(3) C-type grease: smooth oil for gear reducer.

4. Other maintenance

(1) The machine should be checked every time before starting up. If any abnormality is found, it should be repaired and cleaned in time. In case of poor smoothness, check all relevant transmission parts immediately and add smoothing agent.

(2) At the end of the operation, close the air source of the power supply in time, clean the appearance of the machine, and discharge the condensate in the air filter on time. The speed control valve, the hexagram and the axis of each part should try to prevent collision.

(3) Linear guide rails must be cleaned, oiled and filled with grease frequently to prevent rust from affecting accuracy.

(4) Volatile products such as solvents and inks should not be placed on the machine during use. Do not use too much solvent to scrub the collective baking varnish and control panel to prevent corrosion or damage to the switches and wires, resulting in functional damage.

5. Semi-automatic pad printer should be maintained regularly.

Monthly maintenance: When the semi-automatic pad printer runs to the end of the month, all parts should be checked. If the smoothing agent is solidified, it should be wiped and cleaned with gasoline, and the smoothing agent should be injected from the beginning.

Semi-annual maintenance: Under normal conditions, the semi-automatic pad printer is fully protected once every six months: Check all movable joints for rust, wear, and smoothness. If the return is abnormal, deal with it immediately.

Annual maintenance: The semi-automatic pad printer runs for one year, and the machine should be fully checked; the mechanical part needs to be checked for rust, wear, and smoothness. At the same time, all trachea and air hoses should be checked. If they are damaged, they should be replaced immediately.
